THE HIDDEN ORACLE BY RICK RIORDAN
Goodreads Description:
How do you punish an immortal?
By making him human.
After angering his father Zeus, the god Apollo is cast down from Olympus. Weak and disorientated, he lands in New York City as a regular teenage boy. Now, without his godly powers, the four-thousand-year-old deity must learn to survive in the modern world until he can somehow find a way to regain Zeus's favour.
But Apollo has many enemies - gods, monsters and mortals who would love to see the former Olympian permanently destroyed. Apollo needs help, and he can think of only one place to go . . . an enclave of modern demigods known as Camp Half-Blood.

Pre-Order here and here I know, I know. I haven't yet read The Blood of Olympus. And Magnus Chase. But I still have time to read both of those before The Hidden Oracle comes out :D Because oh, I loved loved loved Percy Jackson. And I cannot wait to read more books by Rick Riordan. I think this new book of his will be awesome. Eeee. It do look gorgeous and sounds so interesting. I simply cannot wait to get to read this one. Seems so good.
What are you waiting for on this sunny Wednesday?
Ah, this sounds like a fish-out-of-water type of story, I always find those fun to read! I feel like if the character is learning to be human, it kind of makes the reader take a look at some of the things that makes us human and appreciate them! Great pick, Carina! :D
