Book Recommendation: The Ever Never Handbook by Soman Chainani

Second time reading this gorgeous thing. It isn't like a book, as it is full of pictures and art and it's not a story. But it's still so much fun to read and I enjoyed this handbook a whole bunch. I had forgotten a lot of things in the year since I first read this one, so I'm glad that I read it again. Yay. This book is a must read if you have read the first three The School for Good and Evil books. Because it's interesting and exciting and just full of good things. And especially all that artwork. Gosh. It's all so beautiful and amazing. Love it.

I'm not sure what to say about this lovely book this second time around. So my review is not going to be all that long. Simply because this handbook was easy and sort of fast to read, and there is not that very much I can say about it. But I will mention some things. Like that gorgeous artwork that I love the most. My favorite pieces were of all the creatures. That crog looks creepy yet so stunning. And all the students looks awesome too. Not like I picture them in my head, but still so pretty. Love all the pictures in this one.

I love that this handbook share a bunch of new things about the school for good and evil. More details about the teachers and students and classes. It was all so much fun to read about. Though all it did was make me crave the next books even more. Ahh. I wish to read more about all of these lovely characters so badly. Hester and Dot and Anadil are all three so adorable and I cannot wait to read more about their adventure together. I'm sure it will be awesome. I also kind of ship Sophie and Hort. I am not fully sure.

I have peeked a little bit on book four a few weeks back, so I know some things that happen, and I know that it's a little different from how it was written in this handbook. But I'm okay with these changes, and actually more happy they were made, haha. Even so, I'm sure there are tons of things in this handbook that are accurate, and I love that. It's like a small preview of book four to come. A perfect book to read after book three and before book four. And I hope that all other fans have read this one too. So worth it.

I'm simply in love with these books by Soman. This world that he has created. And all these amazing characters that he have written about. Sigh. Agatha is my biggest love. And her and Tedros are just the cutest and I ship them badly and I want all the best for them. A bit worried about them, since three new books, ahh, but I have high hopes too. And I do like reading about Sophie. Still angry with her, but I do like her too, at times. Either way, though, she's written really well. They all are. I love them all so much.
